Joseph has acted for a range of State and Commonwealth agencies and for contractors in rail, mining, manufacturing, roads, telecommunications, IT and professional services.
Joseph has advised a range of clients, both domestic and international, doing business in Australia including set ups and structures and has extensive experience in government compliance. He has expertise in Corporations Act matters, competition law, intellectual property and employment law.
